This amazingly beautiful dive site is located near the uninhabited island of Kastyan in Karelia, in the Kandalaksha Bay of the White Sea.
Hundreds of actinias (Metridium senile) lay on the plateau on 20 meter depth, and with very close to the Arctic Circle, water is quite cold all around the year.
